Mr. Rafael Capone has spent three decades behind the console at Soul Asylum Studios, mixing for Grammy-winning artists and refusing to trust his ears to anything less than the truth. The SA25M_8 exists because nothing on the market gave him that truth at a price working engineers could justify.
So he built it himself - over two years, inside a real working studio, on real sessions, until it disappeared the way a great monitor should.
